We are taught in school that in the U.S. we have three branches of government: the executive, legislative and judicial. We do have a hurricane that will affect Texas, but not this area. It hit near the Texas-Louisiana line and will bring some heavy rain to those areas. We are a long way from the action here in San Antonio. read more »

Donâ€™t Look Now, But....

The town we lived in while residing in Louisiana was a very old hamlet. Most of the houses in our neighborhood were built in the early to mid-1800â€™s. The whole area was an historical district with most of the houses being on the National Register of Historic Places, including ours. It was a great area to live. read more »
