Many years ago all the men folk in my family took a trip to Baton Rouge to see an LSU track meet. This was always a big event for us young ones. The whole male clan got a chance to bond. We also got a chance to see some first class track and field.  read more »

The town we lived in while residing in Louisiana was a very old hamlet. Most of the houses in our neighborhood were built in the early to mid-1800’s. The whole area was an historical district with most of the houses being on the National Register of Historic Places, including ours. It was a great area to live.  read more »
