My LSU Tigers are back in the College World Series after a four year layoff. The team last won the NCAA Baseball crown in 2000 in a spirited finish. This year’s team has gotten better all year and has done much better than expected.  read more »

LSU, my team, and Ohio State will square off tonight in the BCS Championship game. I have been waiting for this game for what seems to be a very long time. This will end the college football season.  read more »

I am a big LSU fan. But I work over here in Texas. For some reason it seems the Texas people are not having an easy time of LSU being in the championship game. I got some pretty snide comments yesterday. I thought about just being ugly and nasty, which I can easily be, but I will relate on conversation with a not-so-bright Texan and I might add a UT graduate. LSU and Ohio State will play for the football championship in college football. The whole deal was a mess and I think there will be much discussion in the thing. LSU jumped from 7th to 2nd in the last BCS poll, the one that really counts. That is what is causing some pain for a few. But the voters got it right.  read more »

It’s another one of those bad, bad Monday. I am up and getting myself geared up for me day. Everyone else is sleeping. I have my three dogs in the computer room with me, which is where I sleep most of the time, and they are all zonked out. I have not seen any of the cats as of yet. They are still sleeping also. This is a game LSU will have to be careful in. This might be the trip up game for the Tigers if they are not ready to play their best. Kentucky has one of the best QB's in the country and maybe the best pro prospect at QB in the land.  read more »
