I am a big LSU fan. But I work over here in Texas. For some reason it seems the Texas people are not having an easy time of LSU being in the championship game. I got some pretty snide comments yesterday. I thought about just being ugly and nasty, which I can easily be, but I will relate on conversation with a not-so-bright Texan and I might add a UT graduate. Man, the bed felt good this morning. I did not want to get up. I slept much too long. Now, I will have to curtail my writing to catch back up. I will write this but I won’t be able to do my regular stuff after this. I will be fine. I can catch up at lunch or later on. I hate when I don’t have time to write.  read more »

We do have a hurricane that will affect Texas, but not this area. It hit near the Texas-Louisiana line and will bring some heavy rain to those areas. We are a long way from the action here in San Antonio.  read more »
