In the old days, if you needed some doctoring or dental work and had no cash, you took the guy a crate of chickens or helped him paint his office in exchange.

Sometimes I feel great and that colloquialism is quite true but other times I think I'm turning into vinegar.

I guess my Doctor had a change in heart. After my last visit on August 21 I was given 15 day supply of Vicodin. When I went back to the doctor 23 days later he asked me how many I had left. I told him 3 pills. This was a sign to him that I not only had a dependency problem that we were worried about but I didn't need that strong of a drug.  read more »

Doctor day

Well it is off to the doctors today. Nothing major I hope but I have to go regardless.When we moved from the city our doctor didn't,therefore an hour both ways trip cuts a good chunk out of the day.However I planned other thing needing done so it isn't a waste of time. I have heard before that a doctor is responsible for risk management when it comes to prescriptions and finding the best cure for the issue. I am disabled and deal with a lot of pain though the day. From morning to night I feel pain. I spent 2 years on prescription pain killers for my pain. I loved it.  read more »
