In the news today it was reported that a woman was murdered and her remains were scattered over 15 miles of two interstate highways, route 80 and route 380 had the remains of an unidentified woman found in trash bags in plain sight, one contained the neatly severed off head of the woman while many body parts were found they did not have all of the womans body parts.

Today the television and radio news is full of stories of murder, violence, mayhem, road killings (and I mean people) and such a litany of dreadful stories that I find it very scary. Scary that we seem to “accept” it all in a strange way.

The top UN official in Haiti has denounced a sharp increase in lynchings and other violent mob attacks in that country, including the killing of two innocent men on the way to a wedding.
