I've been missing Cajun Rooster, lately.  Could it be that his garden has suddenly overwhelmed him, and he is just busy harvesting those nice juicy tomatoes while I can't even get mine past the blossom stage before autumn frost sets in?  Or worse.  Perhaps those miserable Mondays he used to experience have finally  done him in.

Doctor day Pt 2

Just updating you on my recent health concerns. I went to my doctor last Friday. Prognosis is not good, I do have diabetes. Also I have high Cholesterol and blood pressure.So off to dietitian I must go. Changing the way I eat is going to be hard but healthy eating has to be a priority now I suppose. Some friends have suggested the Cabbage soup 7 day cleansing diet.  read more »
