Michael Vick will head to jail. His sentence is 23 months. I am sure he will get off with serving a lot less than that. He's lucky. If I had anything to do with it......well, let's just say he wouldn't have been as lucky.  read more »

A recent study in Australia has shown that "offenders who escape a jail sentence will either re-offend or become victims of crime".

The report is long and involved, but it is interesting to note that some folk who escape a custodial sentence when they have committed a crime early in their lives, think that they will be treated leniently in the future. They did not "learn" their lesson.  read more »

That old bad Monday has come and gone. Now, I can get on with my week. LOL. It was not a bad day. We are not as busy at work as we could be. So we need to pick up some work.
