Defining Local Internet
The internet was supposed to connect us.
Instead, it sold our attention to the highest bidder and called it community. Communati is different: a platform that exists only for the people who live, work, and breathe in your backyard, and the visitors who come to see it.
No corporate ads. No competing with the whole world for your neighbor’s attention. Here, the nurse down the street can host a wellness workshop. The retired teacher can run a tutoring program. Your neighbor with a garage and a passion for jewelry can teach wire weaving to ten people who can walk to her door.
We’re not disrupting the internet. We’re replacing what it took from us.
The concept is simple

- 3We launch Communati into every community nationwide, each run by its own community members.

Your job: create amazing experiences for your community. Our job: get eyes on them, every single time. We don’t rely on one platform, algorithm, or gatekeeper. Digital campaigns, grassroots, street teams, tourist channels; if one door closes, we’ve already opened five others. No suppression. Just visibility.

Communati starts here, in the county we live in. Local businesses only; corporate and national campaigns are turned away. Every listing is reviewed by a person.
