Vendor & Business Support
Everything a local host needs to put on a great event and stay on the right side of the paperwork. Placeholder content; being finalized.
How to post a great event
- Title like a neighbor would say it. “Sunset yoga at Marina Park” beats “YOGA!!! DON’T MISS IT”.
- Short description (200 characters): what it is, who it’s for, what it costs. That’s what shows on the card.
- Full details: parking, what to bring, accessibility, rain plan, age limits, how to pay.
- Pick the address from the dropdown so your event lands on the map.
- Repeating event? Post it once with “Every week” and a last date; each date shows up on the right day.
- Hosting at home? Tick “Show approximate location only.” Guests request to attend and you approve them.
Photo tips
- A real photo of the thing: the food, the room, the trail, last year’s crowd. No flyers, no text on the image.
- Square works best for cards. For a chance at the home page hero, add a wide 1920×1080 photo too.
- Natural light, one clear subject, and the phone held steady. That’s most of it.
- Only use photos you took or have permission to use.
